Redefining treatment possibilities for patients with cancer and other serious diseases

Dren Bio is a privately held, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering novel antibody therapeutics that selectively deplete pathogenic cells and other disease-causing agents.

The target

Some cells turn against the body.

Pathogenic cells, protein aggregates and other disease-causing agents drive cancer, autoimmune disease and neurological disease. The challenge is removing them without harming what surrounds them.

The engager

An antibody built to make an introduction.

Our bispecific antibodies bind a disease target with one arm and a novel phagocytic receptor, selectively expressed on myeloid cells, with the other.

The depletion

Activated only where disease is.

Myeloid cells switch on only in the presence of the target antigen, then engulf and clear it. A design that may offer greater therapeutic indexes than T-cell engagers or ADCs.

The response

Clearance that teaches the immune system.

After phagocytosis, myeloid cells cross-present antigens, priming the adaptive immune system to potentially elicit deep and durable responses.

First-in-class programs, now in the clinic

Two wholly owned clinical programs are being evaluated across oncology and autoimmune disease, backed by a deep preclinical pipeline in oncology, immunology and neurology.
